Ground-Up Process Facilities
Design, calculated engineering, build and install of turnkey process systems. We size pipe and pumps from flow rate, pressure and temperature, route every line, and integrate CIP, instrumentation and automation where the process needs it.
Shop Prefab Spools & Manifolds
Pipe spools, headers and manifolds cut, fit and welded in our Paradise, CA shop, then shipped ready to set. Prefabricating in the shop keeps welds clean and repeatable and cuts time on your site.
Field Installation
Field verification and precise measurements, then in-place fit-up of pipe, tubing and fittings. Our fully mobile welding rigs handle new installs, equipment tie-ins, shutdowns and turnarounds, with 24/7 emergency response.
Equipment Modification
Re-piping, tie-ins and modifications to tanks, skids and process equipment, fitted to the existing system so your line gets back to production.

Welding Processes
- Orbital welding: automated, repeatable high-purity tube and pipe welds (Orbital Welding)
- TIG (GTAW) pipe welding, hand and orbital, argon-purged for full-penetration, oxide-free welds
- Welders certified to ASME B31.1 and B31.3 and AWS D1.1 / D1.6 / D17.1 (Safety & Certifications)
- Documentation when required: weld maps, MTRs, hydro-test reports and bore-scope photos
